Breaking the Glass Ceiling

Design, management, subcontracting and artistic execution all took place this summer as NYSS broke the glass ceiling between being a "Sub" and  a General contractor.  We were honored to work for one of our favorite customers as she changed lighting, leveled ceilings, skim coated walls, changed paint colors, and added the icing on top - Venetian Plaster.

We were only able to this because of the strong industry relationships we have built over the years . We would like to thank the various companies, Generations Paint and Paper, Custom Associates, Gusto Interiors, Citi Cleaning and SGM Photography

Lights, Camera, Walls!

NYSS had the pleasure of having our latest project, a Venetian plaster finish at a private residence on the Upper East Side of Manhattan photographed by none other than the award winning commercial photographer Scott Morris. These images are just a teaser - can't wait to share the final product.
